Sigma TCT Non-Disclosure Agreement

Sigma TCT agrees to contract with ________________________ in the capacity of Rapid Pattern provider.  Under such agreement Sigma TCT understands that confidential and proprietary designs or iterations may be disclosed.

All information disclosed by _______________________ to Sigma TCT related to the below design(s) and that is/are not generally known to the public shall be considered confidential information. 

Any confidential information that _______________________ discloses to Sigma TCT regarding the below designs shall be kept in strict confidence by Sigma TCT and shall not be used or disclosed for any purpose without the express written consent of _________________________.   Any electronic or written information shall be returned to _______________________ upon request.  Information shall be deemed confidential once both parties sign the non-disclosure agreement. 

Only after the design(s) noted below is/are made available to the public or becomes part of the public domain by a disclosure other than through any act of Sigma TCT, will the design be considered non-confidential.
